I know there are times in the day we experience a dip in energy but we can make it better!

I try to keep the show notes as simple as possible for you so here is my quick list!:

1.reducing or eliminating caffeine
2.drink more water
3.eat dark leafy green veggies
4.use gentle sweetness
5.get that butt moving
6.get more rest
7.evaluate the amount of animal foods you eat
8.take time for yourself
9.get in touch with your spiritual side
10.get rid of relationships that drain you, or set boundaries
