Michelle Viña-Baltsas is the founder of The Curly Haired Chica Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching, LLC. After healing herself from being an avid emotional overeater and chronic dieter for several decades, she started her practice to help women who wanted to improve their relationship with food by freeing themselves from the ‘diet mentality’, emotional overeating, food cravings, and negative body image.
She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Specialist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and has had the pleasure of studying with esteemed authors and emotional eating experts, Evelyn Tribole, M.S., R.D., Elyse Resch, M.S., R.D., and Geneen Roth.
Michelle is a strong proponent of body diversity and believes that women have many gifts to offer the world regardless of their shape or size. She thrives in supporting women who struggle with emotional overeating and body image both privately (phone or Skype) and in group settings. She loves her work and feels honored to be supporting women in attaining their full potential without the constant food obsession and body image.
