This week’s self-care tip is to get off the phone, computer, and tablet and do a digital detox!
Yes I know this is hard but think about how it interferes with your everyday life and how much time you could get back to yourself.
I want you to do this one task this weekend for 6 hours or more…Turn off the phone, put it away and notice how you feel.
Do you feel good, anxious, or like you just can’t do without it? Maybe you have an addiction? It may be true.
Too many of us are addicted and are losing precious time we could be with our kids, family, and friends.
Just try it!
